You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If it’s been love at first try — amazing. If not, returning your item is as effortless as your style.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at info@rimora-cork.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you return instructions, including the return address
- Package your item securely and send it back to us
(Return shipping costs are currently covered by the customer unless the item is defective)

Refund Timeline
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll be notified the moment it’s processed — no chasing needed.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order and returning your original item — this helps ensure faster fulfillment and avoids delays due to limited stock.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty. These pieces are just as fabulous — they’re just non-refundable.
